Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, packets must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Start a return

Contact support@belloracosmetics.com or call (239) 994-5486 with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send returns to our correspondence address without approval.

Return shipping

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Bellora covers the cost of resolving incorrect or defective orders, including any required return shipping. Contact us with details and, where helpful, photos of the problem.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the result and issue an approved refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Opened or used packets are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for defective or incorrect products or limit rights provided by applicable law.
