Shipping policy

Shipping destinations and prices

We ship to the United States and available international destinations shown at checkout. Standard shipping is $8 USD per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $40 USD or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery

Please allow an estimated 1–3 business days for order processing. Our weekday order cutoff is 11:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders after cutoff or on weekends enter the next business-day processing window. The storefront dispatch dates are estimates and may shift during public holidays. After dispatch, estimated transit is 2–5 business days for U.S. and international orders. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Customs checks, remote destinations, carrier disruptions and other delays can extend delivery.

Dispatch and tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched, with tracking information when available. If we learn of a material delay, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation of an unshipped order where applicable.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier handling charges. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the carrier or local authority before delivery. Customs processing may add time beyond the estimate above.
